One of the challenges facing restaurant kitchens is to produce large quantities of basic products, such as sauces and stocks, every day with the same quality and taste. The quality of the ingredients and the time it takes to prepare them are crucial "sticking points" and often pose problems for smaller kitchens.
A few years ago the idea grew to prepare all basic products for the east cosmos restuarants centrally in one place and thus provide all kitchens with the same quality and sufficient quantities. This means less work or overtime for the kitchen crew and more space and time to work out creative dishes. The east Food Manufactory was born.
With many years of experience in classic star cuisine and the richly flavored cuisine of Far East Asia, we are continuously developing new recipes and "hand made high food" from Hamburg. The first products that we manufactured centrally included time-consuming preparations such as jus and stews and staff catering. We have continued to develop the range and focus on the constantly growing needs of kitchens.
The range now includes around 300 recipes, and the trend is rising.
